SECTION 1 - CAN I GET A REFUND?
Absolutely, however, in order to qualify for a full refund, all items must be unworn and have original tags in tact.
SECTION 2 - HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY MERCHANDISE
Our return policy period is 15 days within delivery of the order. Requests for returns will not be authorized outside of this 15 day period.

SECTION 3 - ORDER IS MISSING. WHAT DO I DO?
With every order, we provide a tracking number or are able to help you track down your package if you do not receive one. Ultimately, we hold our customers accountable and responsible for ensuring that the address entered when the order is placed is correct. All packages are considered delivered once tracking number shows delivery confirmation. Unfortunately, in most cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
