So here's the thing. As much as we love our designs and as much as you love our designs. We've realized that sometimes you want to really customize your order or need a larger quantity. HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
The whole process can take between 2-10 business days once you put your initial inquiry in.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Unfortunately, currently we do not offer international shipping options. However, as we expand our production, we hope to ship internationally, Q1 2019.
WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
Currently, we offer USPS Priority Shipping and UPS/FEDex Couriers at an additional cost variable per destination.

You can place all CUSTOM orders using the form on this page or if something does not fit your criteria, please email us to see if we can accommodate your needs.
DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
Accounts in our store are completely optional. However, highly encourage for your own convenience. After you set up your account, add all of your contact and billing info, you will save time checking out and also have the ability to subscribe to our newsletter for Blow Out Sales, Discounts and other goodies!
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
  1. Emailing us at customize@ravebandz.com, and providing your general info with your customer order.
  2. Depending on how far along we are in the process, we will be able to accommodate your request.
However, please note that if the design is already finalized and fulfilled, we will not be able to accommodate returns.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will be emailed a tracking number once your order is processed, packaged and shipped!
